While our foundations remain strong, our operations have evolved. Our team now works primarily remotely, supported by secure cloud-based systems, allowing us to assist clients seamlessly from anywhere. For businesses that prefer face-to-face support, we also attend client offices, shops, factories, and workspaces across Melbourne’s eastern suburbs – from Lilydale to Pakenham on a weekly, fortnightly, or monthly basis as needed.

About Jo
Jo has taken on a leadership role and become a trusted and integral part of Taylor & Moore. With over 20 years of bookkeeping experience, she now plays a key role in the day-to-day running of the business, ensuring client files are accurate, up to date, and managed with care and precision. Jo prepares Business Activity Statements, manages payroll, and provides essential support to our bookkeepers. Since the business was purchased, Jo has been running the show—keeping operations flowing smoothly and making sure clients continue to receive reliable, consistent service. Outside of work, Jo enjoys spending time with her family and getting outdoors with her labradoodle, making the most of fun-filled adventures together.

About Robyn
Robyn is a qualified Accountant with over 40 years of experience in accounting and finance, including 20 years as a Financial Controller in the manufacturing industry. She has been with Taylor & Moore for five years and brings a strong, practical understanding of bookkeeping to her role. Robyn enjoys working with a wide variety of clients and businesses and has always had a passion for the core bookkeeping side of accounting. She knew from high school that accounting was the career for her and has built a long and reliable career supporting businesses with accurate, well-managed accounts. After years of long hours in previous roles, Robyn now values the flexibility of working from home and the improved work/life balance it provides. Outside of work, she is married with two adult sons and five grandchildren, and loves spending time with family, watching baseball, travelling, and relaxing with a good movie and a gin and tonic.

About Rachel
Rachel brings over 12 years of experience in business support and administration to Taylor & Moore. After working in an industry that required regular weekend work, she moved into administration to achieve a better work–life balance and enjoys the variety and problem-solving the role brings. She supports the day-to-day operations of the business and loves helping clients resolve issues, especially when she can ease their stress and help them move forward with confidence. Known for her organised, list-loving approach, Rachel believes good bookkeeping should provide clarity, calm and reassurance. Outside of work, Rachel enjoys spending time with her son and two dogs, gardening, crafting, and crocheting. She also loves travel, with a family trip to Fiji being her favourite holiday.

About Jacque
Jacque began her career in banking completing a Bachelor of Business (Accounting) while working and has built over 20 years of experience across accounting and bookkeeping. She joined Taylor & Moore with a strong foundation in numbers and a genuine interest in how businesses operate. She particularly enjoys speaking with clients and learning about their businesses and industries, finding real satisfaction in understanding what makes each business unique. Jacque values the role bookkeeping plays in providing clarity and confidence, and she takes pride in delivering accurate, well-organised financial information. Outside of work, Jacque enjoys travelling, reading, and exploring mixed media art as a creative outlet. If she could travel anywhere tomorrow, she would take the first available flight and simply explore, enjoying whatever the journey brings. If she weren’t a bookkeeper, she imagines she’d be working as a travel agent, helping others discover new places and experiences.

About Kim
Kim began her career straight out of school, working her way up from junior mail girl to running office operations in a large company. After taking time away to raise her family, she joined Taylor & Moore in 2008 and has been a calm, dependable presence ever since. She loves the steady flow of day-to-day bookkeeping, but her real satisfaction comes from reconciling accounts and bringing everything up to date—especially for clients who might be a few years behind. Strong in math’s and guided early on by a great mentor, she’s always been drawn to organised, numbers-driven work. Outside of bookkeeping, Kim lives and breathes sport. She plays netball, heads to the AFL each week to cheer on Carlton and is heavily involved in local football and cricket clubs, helping with dinners, afternoon teas, and events. At home, her Maltese Shih Tzu, Murphy, keeps things lively. When she’s off the clock, Kim winds down with sport on TV—or by indulging in her favourite guilty pleasure: absolutely any reality show she can find. If she weren’t a bookkeeper, she imagines she’d be a nurse or working with animals. And through it all, one thing stays constant: her trusty cup of tea.
